By purchasing any items on our website or Facebook page, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions:  

REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Check this out, we thrive to do everything we can to ensure you have an accurate description of our products.  Please note - that colours and products may contain slight imperfections and may differ from examples shown. The pictures are examples only and final product colours may differ with printing. 

Please note, due to the personalised nature of our products. No refunds or exchanges will be given for change of mind. However, if you have any issues with your purchase please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We do, however, offer refunds if a product is found to be faulty. Please ask any questions prior to the purchase of our products as we are happy to discuss any concerns.  

Please note all return postage costs are to be paid for by the buyer, and the item(s) are to be returned in the condition received. The buyer will be responsible for any loss of value due to damage in transit.

We print/engrave all details that are provided, therefore, we DO NOT correct any spelling or grammatical errors.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, unless stated in specific item descriptions or on website banner (e.g. dues to Holiday periods etc), plus postage time. Once posted, we are not responsible for postage time as this is in the hands of Australia Post. Please factor this into your time frame when ordering.  

All items are posted from Mudgee, New South Wales, Australia. 

Standard shipping - Are sent in a tracked  package via Australia Post. The only exception to this is weekends and public holidays. Please allow standard Australia Post shipping times for your parcel to arrive.

Express shipping - Are sent in an express shipping and tracked parcel Australia Post. Please allow Australia Post shipping times for your parcel to arrive.

SAFETY NOTICE:

Please do not leave your child unsupervised with any of our products. While we ensure our products are safe and of the highest quality, some may present a choking hazard to small children.
